This diagram was taken from U.S. Patent #5,041,834 and shows the over-the-
horizon applications of the HAARP technology. 1 is the HAARP heater. 2 is
an artificially created mirror in the atmosphere which is used to bounce a signal
for use in communications and distinguishing between incoming objects.
